This includes circulation of your Proposal information to the Evaluators for that Call, who will remain anonymous to you, and to the UK Department of Trade and Industry who may then choose to enter into negotiations with you to offer you discretionary grant funding (as per the call). Call information will be contained in separate Call papers, which will be made available when a Call is active.
